Lettera inviata da Genova il 25 luglio 1845. De Notaris ha spedito a Moris due numeri del Giornale Botanico e un opuscolo del professore Targioni. E’ giunta le lettera della Deputazione con cui gli è annunciata la nomina a consigliere straordinario del Protomedicato. Il testo non è chiaro, poiché non si capisce se può partecipare soltanto alle sedute del Magistrato, oppure può dedicarsi ad altre incombenze. Ritiene che il professore Parodi abbia gli stessi suoi problemi. Chiede consiglio a Moris.
