Per evitare una spesa eccessiva, la spedizione del volume della Flora Sardoa può essere effettuata inviandolo a Bucci o al professore De Notaris, che lo indirizzeranno al dottor Cheirasco. Purtroppo la nuova legge non prevede aumento di stipendio, perché Gennari è soltanto Reggente. Chiede a Moris consiglio sul da farsi.
