Lettera inviata da Bologna il 2 novembre 1842. Bertoloni è tornato dalla lunga villeggiatura. Spedisce a Moris le proprie osservazioni sopra i ciclamini in risposta a Tenore (vedi 30.10), il quale “misura assai poco quello che dice, e in fatto di scienza e in fatto di civiltà”. Riferisce che al congresso di Padova poco è mancato che i medici venissero alle mani; Moretti si è fatto “compatire per non dire deridere”.
