De Notaris prega Moris di presentare all’Accademia torinese un suo breve articolo su alcune specie di Aira, scritto per chiarire alcune divergenze su questo genere con “papà” Bertoloni e Parlatore. Ha dato alle stampe il primo fascicolo su Musci Italici; la litografia delle 25 tavole costerà da sola 800 lire! Le 2.000 lire dategli dal governo serviranno solo a stampare i primi due fascicoli.
